Syed Jawaid Iqbal, President and CEO, CMC (Pvt.) Ltd. – the perception management company, began his professional career in 1972 with R:Lintas (now Lowe & Rauf), one of the world’s leading advertising agencies.
He has over 40 years’ experience in the communications, publishing and media. Demonstrating exceptional self-confidence, Jawaid resigned from a promising career in advertising to launch his own independent enterprise in corporate communications and public relations in 1980.
He has been Editor and Founder of numerous publications and is currently President and Editor-in-Chief of SouthAsia Magazine, being published since 1977.
He has hosted and moderated a number of TV programs on business and current affairs. He has interviewed prominent personalities including Benazir Bhutto, Indira Gandhi, General Pervez Musharraf, Farooq Leghari, Nawaz Sharif, Akbar Bugti and General Mohammad Ershad (former President of Bangladesh).
As the head of the SouthAsia Forum, he organizes stimulating seminars and conferences on important subjects. He also provides valuable support on a voluntary basis to Performing arts as Chairman of the Board of Director, National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA), Karachi and to other laudable causes and organizations. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Education Foundation (PEF), Pakistan First Initiative (PFI) and Gillette Pakistan.
He is the Founding Chairman of Society for Global Moderation (SGM), a private-sector think tank, dedicated to the promotion of tolerance, inter-faith harmony and democracy.
He has represented Pakistan in many regional and international forums. He also contributes to leading newspapers, writing on political, social and professional issues as well as international affairs. Based on his already published articles in national and international media his book entitled “On Record” was launched by Mr. Shoukat Aziz, Prime Minister of Pakistan, in May 2004.
He was invited by the US Government to a 6 week orientation program “US Foreign Policy in South Asia” in 1990 under the “International Visitors Program – IVP”.

Brig. (Retd.) Zubair Rehan founded Creative Junction Pvt. After retirement in 2004, he joined as Resident Director of Manhattan Pakistan at Lahore. His wide leadership experience enabled him to ensure rapid growth of the branch.
Brig. (Retd.) Zubair Rehan was commissioned in Artillery Regiment in 1972. Had the honor of serving the nation for 32 years during which he commanded two Artillery formations and held various appointments at national and international level including UN Mission in Bosnia.
Has four married children, two daughters (both doctors), elder son an Engineer and the young son Qasim Rehan who after his MBA from Germany, joined the organization and is now important member of the team.

A renowned person of the advertising and communication industry Mr. Humayun is a visionary leader; holding a Masters Degree in Rural Sociology, has over two decades of experience in Advertising, Public Relations, Event Management, Business Planning, Marketing Strategy, Media Buying and Entrepreneurship.
With his professional and creative approach, he has launched a large number of behavior change communication campaigns for commercial brands, government institutions, and development sector clients.
He is also member of the Indus Entrepreneurs (Islamabad Chapter), the world’s largest not-for-profit organization and enjoys widespread respect among private enterprise, academia and government.
Most of the people say that in advertising industry we are unable to pursue our dreams due to busy schedule, but Mr. Jawad believes that “when there is a will, there is a way”. Despite of his busy routine of advertising Mr. Jawad has maintained a healthy balance between work and his interests. He follows an athletic lifestyle, indulging in paragliding and hiking. He was the swimming champion at province level for three consecutive years. By following a quote “The world is a book and those do not travel read only one page” he has not only explored the beauty of northern Pakistan but also has travelled to more than 28 countries.
